James (born January 31, 2003) aka as JamesDJJ or James DJJ, which the real name is Giacomo pedde is an American rapper, songwriter, singer, and model. Born in Rome, Italy, he earned public attention after releasing his first album Invictus in 2017.
The first single extracted from the album is Snowflake, released in January, which received discreet success.

James was born on January 31, 2003 in Rome, Italy. He has American and Italian origins and he has a brother.
His vocal range is G2 to D#5, making him a Countertenor.
Personal life[]
JamesDJJ is very discreet about his private life, his real name is still unknown.
He is totally teetotal from alcohol, this for his decision from years now.
He isn't married and lives between the United States, especially San Francisco, and Rome, his hometown.
He had many "small" and unimportant relationships, argument which he struggles a bit to talk, he declares himself heterosexual, he feels sexually and emotionally attracted to women, he stated, of as September 2020 in an interview, that he never had sex with a man and he never wanted to. He said, Always in the same interview of September 2020, that he is single, however is rumoured that he is in a relationship, but nothing confirmed now.
He is a great advocate for the LGBTQI+ community, rights for euthanasia, and cannabis legalization.
He claimed that he usually never listen to the radio, except a European/Italian station, M2O, and his friend Vittoria Hyde, is believed that they are good friends,.
Career[]
He released his first album Invictus on the 31 of January, his birthday, releasing the lead single Snowflake, which received discreet success.
He decided to release the 12 tracks of the album one every month of the year.
The second single released is Might Say on the 28th of February, James before the final release of the song said that he liked the song, but after the song dropped out he said that he wasn’t satisfied with the result and this track is probably the one that he like less of all the album.
The third song of the album is This Is It, released on 30 March, and has a different flow compared to the other tracks of the album.
The 4th song, called Highschool, dropped out 30 April, in this track James talked about Highschool and what he felt.
The 5th song of the album is called Infinity, released on the 31; May, this is the song of the album that James prefers, he said in a video that he putt his commitment in writing and recording the song, adding that this track is important for him and has a very deep meaning for him too. This song is the one that gained the most attention of all the album.
The 6th song of the album is called Deam, dropped out on the 28 June, has a sound similar to This Is It.
The 7th song of the album came out the 30 July, named Sun Wave, received a discreet success, and gained more visibility to the artist.
The 8th song of the album named Forever, which came out the 31 August, has a sound similar to Infinity, but James said that the meaning of the 2 songs are different, and he really likes also this track.

The 9th song is named Show Me, dropped out on the 30 September, has a sound different from the other tracks of the album, and also this track gained higher visibility to the artist.
The 10th song is called Let Yourself Go, released the 30 October, is the song with more meaning for the artist.

The 11th song is called In The Sky, and is the last song released from the Invictus album; it has a different flow and style from every other song of his album, the artist revealed that he has a special bond whit the meaning in the lyrics of this song; however, he didn't explicate why.
Originally there was also a 12th track in the album, named Invictus, but at the end of 2018, the artist said that he wasn't enough satisfied whit the final result, so he decided to delete the track from the album. However, when was asked him why people could never hear this song he replied: "Who said that Invictus is not going to be in one of my following albums", so probably this track is going to be part of his next album.
James decided to release only one song per month so that people could appreciate more every track of the album, and he also decided to don’t include any other artist on the album because he says that this is his first album, and he wants it to be his alone. However, he said that in his next album there are going to be some collaborations.
James reached millions streams on Spotify, to be added to the other streams of other streaming services and the album and tracks sales, his endorsements and participation at many events.
On the 20th of August, James changed his profile picture on the streaming services, and he said to fans that a new song is coming, but no other information where given.
On the 20th the September James announces his next single, 1 Year, which is not anticipating his next album.
On the 17th of June, James officially announced his next single Alice, which was one of his biggest hits after it was released. James on a radio interview confirmed that Alice is the lead single of his next album, unnamed for the moment, he said: "Yes, Alice is anticipating my next album J2 and is one of the albums 'lead single". As the artist stated there might be another single coming out before the release of the album.
James, for the first time in his career, did a tour in Europe during the coronavirus pandemic, he visited 7 European cities where he met his fans, the jamerzs, all over the cities. The tour started in Geneva on the 26th of June and ended in Mannheim on the 7th of July, the tour official name was "Alice Europe tour", and it was made for promoting Alice
JamesDJJ comes back on the music scene on the 29th of January 2021 with Emily, the first song extracted from his new album.

The second single extracted from J2, the next album of JamesDJJ, that still doesn't have a name yet, is Crying Devil , a Electropop/Synthpop song that talks about the wrong image that medias and people have of someone, and in this case the artist, JamesDJJ.
Crying Devil was released on the 16 April 2021, it had more exposure and success in the first week than Emily, which is the lead single of JamesDJJ next album

On October 14th, JamesDJJ releases Want To Die, and sequently, on November 7th, he releases the official music video for the song, this is the first music video of all the artist career, since he never released any official music video for any of his previously released songs.

The video narrates the last moments of life of the character (JamesDJJ) that has a severe illness and suffers from it severe pain. He decides to commit euthanasia, and talks with his friends arguing but concluding on doing the wright thing. JamesDJJ then takes a vial and does an IV of a lethal dose of a drug that consents him to leave in peace and not in pain, and with all his close friends with him, who wear gloves so that they don't leave fingerprints, because in the country the video takes place euthanasia is illegal, so for not leaving fingerprints and sequently identified by police about the suicide, all his friends wear gloves.

When the character is gone, the friends leave a white rose on him, after we see JamesDJJ, that is the unnamed character, is on the seaside on the rocks, that is the same clip we see at the beginning, and through the video. As said by the artist on insider.com; "the sequence of me at the seaside and me on the rocks is paradise, after that the protagonist commits euthanasia he goes to heaven, and the Heaven for me is like that, the sound of the waves, lifted up from any duty or responsibility, facing the ocean, one of the biggest mystery of our planet"
Controversies[]
James's onstage persona is very outgoing, eccentric, and provocatory, one of the reasons that gained fame and follow, he is known to think out of the box of normal critic saying and wore clothing sold for woman, saying that he could wear whatever he could like.
In his career James wore unusual outfits like kimonos or latex clothes, he wears also heels shoes, and boots. He is been criticized for his way of dressing, many articles concern his sexuality. In an interview, he answered these rumors: "I'm not gay, and there wouldn't be problems for me being it, please help and be kind to the others or go and f*ck yourself".
